The trending schedules summarize financial information and key statistics to facilitate your review and understanding of the Company's financial and operating results. The schedules conform to the Company's method of describing its performance in connection with the adoption by the SEC of Regulation G and other rules affecting the use and disclosure of non-GAAP financial measures.
A summary of the contents of the 2009 Trending Schedules follows:
Schedule 1 - CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF OPERATIONS Presents Revenues, Adjusted Operating Income before Depreciation and Amortization ("Adjusted OIBDA") and Operating Income (Loss) before Depreciation and Amortization by quarter. In addition, the schedule presents the Company's results in a statement of operations format by quarter and for the full year period.
Schedule 2 - ADDITIONAL CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF OPERATIONS INFORMATION Presents additional information about Subscription revenues, costs of revenues and selling, general and administrative expenses by quarter and on a year-to-date basis.
Schedule 3 - SUBSCRIBER METRICS Presents subscriber metrics by quarter and for the full year period.
Schedule 4 - AVERAGE REVENUES PER UNIT Presents average revenues per unit by quarter and for the full year period.
Schedule 5 - CAPITAL EXPENDITURES Presents capital expenditures, as well as capital expenditures as a percentage of total revenues, by quarter and on a year-to-date basis.
Schedule 6 - RECONCILIATION OF ADJUSTED OIBDA AND OPERATING INCOME (LOSS) BEFORE DEPRECIATION AND AMORTIZATION TO OPERATING INCOME (LOSS); ADJUSTED OIBDA, OPERATING INCOME (LOSS) BEFORE DEPRECIATION AND AMORTIZATION AND OPERATING INCOME (LOSS) AS PERCENTAGES OF REVENUES; AND ADJUSTED OIBDA, OPERATING INCOME (LOSS) BEFORE DEPRECIATION AND AMORTIZATION AND OPERATING INCOME (LOSS) LESS CAPITAL EXPENDITURES Presents a reconciliation of Adjusted OIBDA and Operating Income (Loss) before Depreciation and Amortization to Operating Income (Loss) by quarter and on a year-to-date basis. In addition, the schedule presents Adjusted OIBDA, Operating Income (Loss) before Depreciation and Amortization and Operating Income (Loss) as percentages of Revenues and Adjusted OIBDA, Operating Income (Loss) before Depreciation and Amortization and Operating Income (Loss) less Capital Expenditures.
Schedule 7 - RECONCILIATION OF CASH PROVIDED BY OPERATING ACTIVITIES TO FREE CASH FLOW, FREE CASH FLOW PER DILUTED COMMON SHARE AND RECONCILIATION OF NET DEBT Presents a reconciliation of Cash Provided by Operating Activities to Free Cash Flow and Free Cash Flow per diluted common share by quarter and on a year-to-date basis. In addition, the schedule presents a reconciliation of Net Debt to Total Debt by quarter.
