These schedules summarize financial information and key statistics to facilitate your review and understanding of the Company's financial and operating results. The schedules conform to the Company's method of describing its performance in connection with the adoption by the SEC of Regulation G and other rules affecting the use and disclosure of non-GAAP financial measures.
A summary of the contents of the 2009 Trending Schedules, Reconciliations and Other Financial Information follows:
Schedule 1 – CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF OPERATIONS Presents Revenues, Adjusted Operating Income before Depreciation and Amortization ("Adjusted OIBDA") and Operating Income (Loss) before Depreciation and Amortization by quarter and for the full year period. In addition, the schedule presents the Company's results in a statement of operations format by quarter and for the full year period.
Schedule 2 – ADDITIONAL CONSOLIDATED STATEMENT OF OPERATIONS INFORMATION Presents additional information about Subscription revenues, costs of revenues and selling, general and administrative expenses by quarter and for the full year period.
Schedule 3 – SUBSCRIBER METRICS Presents subscriber metrics by quarter and for the full year period.
Schedule 4 – AVERAGE REVENUES PER UNIT Presents average revenues per unit by quarter and for the full year period.
Schedule 5 – ADJUSTED OIBDA LESS CAPITAL EXPENDITURES AND FREE CASH FLOW Presents Adjusted OIBDA less Capital Expenditures and Free Cash Flow by quarter and on a year-to-date basis.
